Conditions

• check-in between 3pm and 7pm
• check-out at 11am
• Early check-ins and late check-outs longer than one hour incur a charge of $10 per hour, payable in advance and not refundable if you arrive later or leave earlier than advised.
• no accommodation for pets
• smoking is not permitted in cottages
• a deposit to cover the first night's stay must be paid within one week of receiving your booking confirmation, with the balance due one week prior to arrival. Payment will not be refunded unless we are able to resell the accommodation
• payment can be made by direct bank transfer, details provided on confirmation of booking
• bank details are provided with your booking confirmation
• credit card payments can be made through Paypal
