Conditions

• check-in between 3pm and 9pm
• check-out at 11am
• no accommodation for pets
• smoking is not permitted in cottages
• a deposit to cover the first night's stay must be paid within one week of receiving your booking confirmation, with the balance due on arrival
• if you cancel your booking within 3 days of your due arrival date the deposit will not be refunded unless we are able to resell the accommodation
• payment can be made by direct bank transfer, money order or cheque
• cheques must arrive 7 days prior to your booking
• bank details are provided with your booking confirmation
• credit card and eftpos not available
